Subdivision Development

District Utility Construction specializes in subdivision development and has completed numerous phases across Arkansas. This 16-acre residential land development project for a private developer in Maumelle consisted of clearing trees, earth work of 60,000 cubic yards, installation of storm drainage and underground sewer, water and utility lines, and building roads with curbs and gutters. The site is now home to 42 residential lots.
